【Dumbbell Rapid Alternating Curl】
Mainly exercises the biceps.
Sitting on one end of the stool, holding a dumbbell in each hand, pituitary side.
Bend the bell in one hand to the front of your shoulder. Then slowly lower it. At the same time, bend the bell in the other hand. Use both hands to do curls alternately.
Do it three times each time until you reach exhaustion.
Weight selection is very important. Try to choose lighter dumbbells for exercise at the beginning.
