1. Press dumbbells behind your head (Picture and text tutorial)

Training areas: Waist and abdomen, triceps and buttocks

Sit on a fitness ball with your knees bent at 90° and hold a dumbbell in each hand.

Press dumbbells behind your head

Step forward with your feet until your upper back and head are completely resting on the ball. Lift your hips so that your torso is in a straight linestraight line.

Stretch your arms toward the ceiling, then bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells behind your head, then straighten your arms.

After repeating this set of movements 15 times, return to a standing position.
